Conference call issue

Pardon me as I am new to this world.

I just set up an SRST router in a remote office with the CM in our headquarters. Everything is working fine. I am getting an issue relayed to me that I am having diffuculty researching.

Here it is:

Remote employee makes a call and then conferences someone else in. About the 55 minute mark, all three parties here three beeps. Everyone can hear the remote caller but the two parties that were conferenced in, cannot be heard.

This has happened a couple times.

Anyone know the direction I can look to resolve this?

if the phones are registered to the cucm properly, with correct MRGL's you should collect sdi/sdl traces and sniffer captures when the issue is happening

also what kind of conference bridge are you using, hardware/software?

1.  after getting the sdi/sdl, you need to check and see that the correct CFB gets used, and check the traces at the time when the three beeps are heard to see whats happening, 

2. check the sniffer traces from the phones that have the problem and the CFB
