Thanks for the response. I do have an additional PVDM2-32 and PVDM2-64 allocated just for the 3 T1's. Here is a sh inventory. The issue is not with how many participants but how many conferences. I just added this PVDM this morning and got this up and working. If I go back to using our server as a conferencing resource it will allow more. The problem is the server is located across the WAN and I want to keep this traffic local. I am attempting a reboot and an IOS upgrade. I also made a few changes to the config. See below. I was able to specify a newer version of CallManager. I also removed some codecs from conferencing so I would have more resources. Now the office is closed so it will be hard to test.
