Conferencing Dilemma

We do our Conferencing through Microsoft OCS. We are experiencing a situation where when an internal caller puts the conference in the mute state for about a minute, the whole conference call is disconnected.

Is there some place in CUCM where I can see this and make changes to avoid unintentionally breaking the conference.

Any help will be greately appreciated.
