Conferencing does not work.

Hello all,

We have problem with conferencing that affects almost all users at a customer site. When attempting to initialize a conf call, system plays a beep message and the calls are hang up.

You need to provide if this is CUCM or CME, version, and if this is a SW or HW CFB as applicable
