Config FXO port not to go off-hook on ring

Is it possible to set an FXO port in CME *not* to go off-hook right away when an incoming call is detected?

I would like to connect a POTS line to CME that is also hard-wired to other POTS phones.  CME would ideally detect the ring, pick up the caller ID info and send it to the IP phones, but not actually take the line off-hook until one of the IP phones is picked up.  This would allow the other POTS phones on the line to have a chance to answer the call before CME does.

Thank you for the answer, that appears to do the trick.

I'd been searching for a solution to this off and on for a couple of months without any luck, including reading many Cisco documentation pages.  I just never came up with the correct wording to find an answer, which led me to post here.
