config problem with ex60 on CUCM8.6.1

Hi all,

I'm currently stuck on setup the EX60 on CUCM8.6, here are some info ...

CUCM 8.6.1

Tandberg ex60 TC4.2

In CM8.6, (10.10.10.10) I'm able to add new device for telepresence ex60, and I have enabled the digest user authentication in ex60 SIP security profile.

In ex60, I config the Network SIP

DN: 7722

URI: 7722@10.10.10.10

Login: sam

Password: password

Proxy: 10.10.10.10

Do I miss anything, or config incorrectly?

config problem with ex60 on CUCM8.6.1

Hi,

TC5 required for registering with CUCM 8.6 and above.Please refer the below release notes.

I tried to upgrade the Ex60 to TC5

But after ex60 finished upgrade and restart, it prompts "missing release key", then I tried to look into the web gui interface, and found that my release key can only be used with TC 4.....
