Configure ACD on CUCM 7.1

Hello

Can i configure ACD on CUCM 7.1??...how can i do this??

ACD is usually a feature of an IVR product. To have ACD functionality you will need UCCX/UCCE. If you just need some type of AA, then you can use Unity Expres, Unity Connection or Unity.

Other products that provide ACD functionality is CME with B-ACD TCL scripts.

CUCM 7.1 supports hunt groups but if you want call queuing, IVR for call routing etc. then you need to deploy another product such as Unified Contact Center Express.

This is installed on a separate server and is licensed on a per seat basis
