Configure Auto Attendants without IPCC CUCM 7.X

How do I configure the Cisco Four Port IP Auto-Attendant Application on a CallManager Server without IPCC in call manager 7.X or later,I want when an incoming call to my Company from PSTN could interact with a script that will ask the caller to press 0 for operator or to enter the extensiton to reach the user directly if the caller already know the extension.

Hello D_Lebedev,

Thanks for your reply But this documents is for AA with IPCC and I need to do it without an IPCC Server and the second for AC which is not My Case,So anyone have any ideas how to configure it without the need for IPCC(Just the call manager 7.x) Thanks

Sorry, but as i know there is no way to do this with UCM only.

If no IPCC,you will need Cisco Unity at last.

Hi,

Looking at the documentation

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/admin/7_1_2/ccmfeat/fsaa.html

Yes you can install an AA but it needs to run on a CRS platform. (A seperate server)

If you have Unity or Unity Connection you can use the call routing and call handler function

to deploy an AA.

greeting acampbell,

What about doing this via basic IVR TCL script is there a way to do it?

I found a a document that do this without IPCC but for Call manager 4 but not for version 7.x:

Yes it can be achieved using TCL script. There is a sample AA TCL script available on CCO Download page. I couldnt spend time in locating that page but will do so if time permits later today.

Hi Gajanan,

I found the TCL script in the cme download Page,But I am still figuring out how to do it I am going to test it first hope it work I will keep you all updated with the behaviour thanks

Sure, I'll be interested to know the outcome. If you need any programming related assistance with TCL scripts, please visit developer.cisco.com . There also queries can be posted on developer forum.

My 2 cents.

GP.

I am trying to apply this on C7206VXR (IOS=c7200-adventerprisek9-mz.151-4.M2.bin) but it give me this message and the script not working at all :

Everything look cool I review the configuration Iand I matched the dial-peer for incoming call and it is running the script

So I appreciate if any one are familiar with it:
