configure backkup PSTN for WAN link on CUCME

I have 2 CUCME in 2 different Sites and connected with IPSEC VPN Wan Coonection and PSTN (FXO)

The dial plan of the Site-1 is 100x and Site-2 is 200x .

The Site-1 FXO line is 22513612 and the The Site-2 FXO line is 24576022

They are working fine through the WAN Link (Voip) but i'd like to configure The PSTN to be backup for the wan link without changing the Dial Plan

I need help in  the Config

With the proposition expressed by your nickname, you should have no problem in reading user documentations.
