configure call overflow

Hi all,

I'm currently working in Cisco Unified Communications Manager 7.0.2.

I didn't initially set up this system, but I've recently inherrited the mainenance and ongoing configuration.

What I'm trying to achieve is;

- Reception ext 2000 calls when busy to forward to ext 1100 (easy enough)

- Have ext 1100 ring on all other phones when calls are forwarded from 2000  (assuming I add this as Line 2 on all devices? easier way?)

- If no answer on 1100, return call to 2000 and go straight to voicemail

Any other information you require or further explanation of what I'm on about, let me know.

Thanks

Set CFNA and/or CFB on 2000 to 1100.

Set CFNA and/or CFB on 1100 to VM.

Unless you have changed the default behavior of Unity or CUC you'll get the desired call flow since the original called number will be used for VM selection.
