Configure softkey for Speed dial

Hi,

Can any one help me if there is a way to configure a softkey for the speed dial instead of a button

please let me know if someone has done this thing before.

No, you are not able to associated a speed dial to a softkey in a 1:1 fashion. However, you can leverage the Abbreviated Dialing feature and associated softkey to provide speed dials without eating up button realestate on the station. I think you can have up to 199 speed dial entries. You can associate those entries to line buttons on the phone (and/or expansion module) and you can allow users to access them via the Abbr Dial softkey.
