ATA supports, H.245 out-of-band DTMF for H.323 RFC 2833 AVT tones for SIP, MGCP

hi man, i already have a little problem, i have an analog telephone combinator behind a ATA that call my iphone7920. The call arrive good but i can't hear the other part. The tecnician tell me that i must set tone DTMF...but nothing work. Have you some ideas?
