Hello All...
I'm trying to put together a line group for each one of our call centers as a backup plan in case IPCC fails. My question, can I use the 5-digit extensions that the call centers use when their agents are logged into IPCC? I know in the administration screen it states "do not include directory numbers of application controlled IP phones, or application monitored IP phones in the line group."
I just want to make sure before I jump into this, because if I can't add those extensions, then I have to create 100+ new ones for those agents.

I belive officially it is not supported, however I have done it several times without an issue.

Another question: can I also configure a Hunt Pilot as "inactive?" Again, this for a backup option.
