Configuring button assignment

Hello,

I used to be able to assign a button to be a normal extension using a web interface for UC- 500 Series Administration, but not able anymore using the Cisco Configuration Assistant. Everytime I assign the extension number, the box show a red line around the border and not taking the extension number.
