Configuring Cisco IP Phones Service Reports in CUCM 8.5 CDR

Hello everyone!

     In the documentation for configuring the service reports for the ip phones in CUCM 8.5 says that you can add services to be included in the report like the log of missed calls, but when I access the CDR Analysis and Reporting to add more services to the report, there is only the option of Intercom Calls. How can the other services be added? Thanks in Advanced!
