Configuring DHCP

Hi Guys,

My Customer have the following configuration/topology: It have 02 CallManger version 3.1.3, a one work Publisher and another Subscriber. It configured each callmanager to work with dhcp server. It is occuring the following problem: The Publisher the range is 10.0.1.1 up 10.1.1.125 mask 255.255.255.128 and Subscriber the range is 10.1.1.126 up 10.1.1.256 the same mask. When Publisher stayed down the IP Phones pass to register in Subscriber, but, when subscriber stayed down the IP Phones not change to Publisher. The problem can be a any configuration is Cisco CallManager or not?

Does the device pool referenced by the phone include a CM group that lists both CallManager servers?

Is CCM service running on the Pub?

Hi Chris,

Referent the first question I will go verify. Referent the second question, the answer is yes. The CCM service running on the Publisher.
