Hi guys,

I have a customer who wants a prompt to be played saying " we are sorry we cannot connect your call please dial xxxx" during SRST mode.

I believe all I need to d is to record the prompt and place in router flash and then reference it in my paramete confi as follows...

application

service queue flash:app-b-acd-2.1.0.0.tcl

param queue-manager-debugs 1

service aa flash:app-b-acd-aa-2.1.0.0.tcl

paramspace english index 1

paramspace english language en

paramspace english location flash:

param service-name queue

param handoff-string aa

param aa-pilot 405...

param welcome-prompt _welcome.au

!

dial-peer voice 222 voip

service aa

destination-pattern 405...

session target ipv4:192.168.1.1

incoming called-number 405...

dtmf-relay h245-alphanumeric

codec g711ulaw

no vad

Will this work? How does the scrip temrinate the call after the prompt has been played, or can the prompt be replayed for about 3 times before it is disconnected.

Also, how do I ensure that this is only played during SRST and not during normal operation?

Thanks

You can use the simple disconnect script that I wrote for the purpose:
