Better would be to use routers and avoid that the two LANs and the wireless link are in the same segment. In fact, if you are using CCME on dual-LAN routers, you have the router already and is just a matter of configuring them.
This said, it can work even if the CMEs are in the same subnet. The closer DHCP server will be faster in assigning an IP address, so it's just a matter of configuring DHCP with phone mac address correctly.
