Connection Conversation Manager service in CUC don't find

Hi,

I try to install the frensh local installer in Unity connection 8.5.1SU3, and the system asks to stop Connection Conversation Manager service and

Connection Mixer Service. However, I can't find  theses services in the control center !!!

anu suggestions? I just restarted the CUC server but don't works.

Hi Mohamed,

From the CUC - gui  Top Right drop-down choose;

Cisco Unity Connection Serviceability instead of Cisco Unified Serviceability

Then you can choose "Tools > Service management" and you will find those services

You should be good to go then
