Connectivity between Intercom and callmanager

Good Day,

We have a intercomm system that support SIP protocol, but currently my call manager is running H323, can i combine these 2 protocols, my objective is intercom and ipphones can talk to each other, anyone can give me sample network diagram and sample configuration that will reside in gateway or callmanager?

Yes both are interoperable. Callmanager will be the gateway between the two worlds.
