Console window on top on call

I all

I've one issue going on with Attendant console 5.1(3) installed in a Windows XP SP3. Just like that the console goes on top of all windows on call arrival or when user places a call. I've reinstalled software and tested in another computer but still having this problem.

Does anyone have an idia how to solve this?

There is a setting to change the behavior, forgot what and where it is, but I think i may be in the lower right corner, little button :-)

Hi Paulo,

Have you tried to use this method to enable / disable "Pop to Top" on AC

Note: To toggle the pop-to-top feature on and off, press Alt + P.
