Silly question. I don't think it's possible.

Can you tak 4 clusters totally seperate from each other and migrate them to 1 central cluster? Or is it just better to start fresh.

If they're all using the same version a bat export/import would get you all phones.

Different versions requires you to adapt the BAT files to destination version.

Maybe use the cluster that has more information than the others as base to avoid migrating that one?

There are really no tools other than BAT to help you out with this task
