converting vg224 from mgcp to sccp

Currently running mgcp, but from what I understand this will not allow conference calling. I've found some whitepages regarding sccp's features and what it allows, but am having no such luck with mgcp. Does anyone know where I may find any listings such as:

Hi Anthony,

I couldn't find as nice of a document outlining all of the SCCP FXS features. It's a fairly recent feature and it doesn't have quite the documentation that MGCP/SIP/H323 have.
