Corlist outgoing on ephone-dn working ?

Hi,

I've been unable to get corlist outgoing working on an ephone-dn. 12.4(9)T7

Is there any known issue ? Workaround ?

I.e. even if an ephone-dn has corlist outgoing x, it is selectable by a non-member corlist incoming ephone-dn.

TIA,

-Carlos

Re: Corlist outgoing on ephone-dn working ?

Are you trying to restrict outgoing calls or incoming calls from/to an ephone/ephone-dn? For outgoing calls, the corlist needs to be defined as an incoming cor-list on the ephone-dn. For incoming, it's defined as outgoing.

Re: Corlist outgoing on ephone-dn working ?

Trying to do tennant like separation of ephones.

Here is a small config sample of the problem:

...
dial-peer cor custom
name Pod-1
name Pod-2
!
!
dial-peer cor list Pod-1
member Pod-1
!
dial-peer cor list Pod-2
member Pod-2

...
ephone-dn  11
number 5551000
label Local
description PSTN-Phone-1
corlist incoming Pod-1
corlist outgoing Pod-1
!
!
ephone-dn  12
number 911
label Emergency
corlist incoming Pod-1
corlist outgoing Pod-1
!
!
ephone-dn  21
number 5551000
label Local
description PSTN-Phone-2
corlist incoming Pod-2
corlist outgoing Pod-2
!
!
ephone-dn  22
number 911
label Emergency
corlist incoming Pod-2
corlist outgoing Pod-2
!
!
ephone  1
device-security-mode none
description PSTN-Phone-1
mac-address 001D.45B5.FF33
type 7961
button  1:11 2:12
!
!
!
ephone  2
device-security-mode none
description PSTN-Phone-2
mac-address 001D.4595.B533
type 7961
button  1:21 2:22
...

If you pick phone-2 line 1 and you dial "911" it should ring phone-2  line 2, ok ? But it rings phone-1.

Re: Corlist outgoing on ephone-dn working ?

FTR, the problem is NOT with corlists, wich function fine, but with ephone-dn to dial-peer mapping.

CME has no way to adjust this, and I would have expected that it be based on voice-port.

Tests show that it is based on dn (i.e. number) of the ephone-dn, so if you have multiple

ephone-dns with the same number, all will use the first ephone-dn for corlist config.

If anyone cares to follow this up, let me know. I've no access to report this as a Bug which I think it is.
