Corporate Directory on 7960 / 7940 Phones Randomly Disappearing

Hi all,

Has anyone running an issue where the Corporate Directory on 7960 / 7940 phones randomly disappear ?

I am running CUCM 7.1.3 with the default phone load P00308010200. The issue seems to happen when the user is not using or accessing the corporate directory for a while. This has been an going issue for a while and the quick workaround that I know is to reset the phone. I wonder if anyone has a permanent fix for this.

Hi Pascool,

The issue seems to be related to the firmware. I upgraded the firmware on all my 7960's and 7940's to the latest version P0030801SR02 and I have not seen the issue since.
