Corporate Directory on 7960 / 7940 Phones Randomly Disappearing
Has anyone running an issue where the Corporate Directory on 7960 / 7940 phones randomly disappear ?
I am running CUCM 7.1.3 with the default phone load P00308010200. The issue seems to happen when the user is not using or accessing the corporate directory for a while. This has been an going issue for a while and the quick workaround that I know is to reset the phone. I wonder if anyone has a permanent fix for this.
