Corporate Directory

Corporate Directory stops working sometimes.  when you try to use it, it just spins and spins.  if you unplug the phone and plug it back in it will work, but this happening more often.

 

Any ideas?

what is CUCM version and IP phone models along with firmware u are using? Are u facing problem for all models while accessing Corporate directory or specific to any model.
