I have CCM 4.0. Recently the corporate directory search is not working for new users. When ever I search for the new user in phone it will always show the result of old user name, which have been deleted.
Searching of Old users dont have any problem, but for new users, its not working and if old user phone is shifted/given to new users, then search with number gives the result of old user only and not user.
From your description, the problems suggest an issue with DCD replication. I would initially verify that the DCD service is running on all CallManagers in the cluster.
