There are a couple of incidents where a call coming through can be heard for the first 5 -6 seconds but then only the phone that has recieved the call can communicate but the caller cannot hear any reply.
So caller A places the call to B, the call is recieved and 2 way for 6 seconds. After this only A can transmit to to B, B can hear A but not the reverse.
This is only happening internally within the system and only between certain phones. It appears to have something to do with pickup groups and hunt groups.
I think it is in the call routing. We are using Softphones, 6921s and 6941s.
