I might to know the answer already (as I haven't found a solution for it) but I will give it a try.
A customer has CP-6961 phones in use and he has speed dials (mobile phone numbers) setup on the phone buttons. Every week they will forward the line to one speed dial number. The problem is that forwarding works fine and it will be shown in the small display but the customer would like to have the button of the speed dial active (the lamp should go into red), where the call will be forwarded to.
I haven't found a solution yet and have tried out a lot of things but doesn't made any progress.
Does anyone has any idea how to deal with that or if this is even possible?
CUCM version is 9.1
