We recently had cp-7821 VOIP phones installed at work. Making calls and receiving calls to extention works fine. The problem is when a call comes in to operator. They transfer it to new line and it rings. The issue is when line is answered it simply disco call. Any ideas on what's ending the call? Thanks
If the internal calls work fine and only the external calls transferred through operator are disconnected it could be a codec issue. Please make sure all the region settings are set to g711, else assign transcoders in the MRGL of the devices / trunks involved in the call flow. If the issue persists please provide some details of the exact call flow.

The below trick might come handy when you have to add a new node to a cluster but you don't have or is unsure of the security password for the publisher. This procedure has been around for ages.
1) Login into the CLI of the Publisher.
