CP7970 upgrade firmware from TFTP is failed

Dears,,

I face a problem that I have old 7970 with old firmware when I connect it to register to my CUCM
It's try to upgrade but its failed and all I see in the screen is cisco logo and stuck on that, I try hard reset but still same problem ,Also I connect power adapter and its try to upgrade but its failed .
What's the solution for that pls

Not to be rude, but could you search again? Just to avoing having other do somethign for that is indeed very, very easy.
