CP9951 Video button does not display

CP9951 video button does not display

When I called a CP9951 IP-Phone from Cius, The video call does not work properly, It's just audio call

Especially, A CP9951 Camera button does not display when I call

A current version of CP9951 Firmware is sip9951.9-2-3-27

After a CP9951 has registerd , I configured all video setting but Video call failed

Please let me know
