Hi friend, i think that your CRA server is unable to initialize the CTI ports or CTI route points through JTAPI.

Please, verify that you have the CTI ports and CTI route points associated with the JTAPI user that you create in your CCM, also validate that the JTAPI user password is the same in the CCM and in your CRA.

Have a look at the following,

Unable to create provider -- null - Verify that a host name or IP address is configured in the JTAPI configuration. If the JTAPI version is incorrect, download the JTAPI client from the Cisco CallManager Plugins page and install it on the CRA server
