Creat Mailbox Error with Unity Express 7.1

I am getting an error

when I am adding a new mailbox. This is the first mailbox i am trying to create and for some reson i am getting the following error:

Mailbox create error: Max mailboxes exist

Attached is screen shot of the Error.

Any ideas why this is happening will be highly appreciated.

Hello,

have you check if you have available mailbox licenses? That can be check using "show voicemail users" to know which users has a mailbox and after that

"show license status app" please let us know that information.
