Create Voice Mailbox Link Doesn't Set Password Correctly

I use the Create Voice Mailbox link in CallManager to create VM boxes. It worked fine for the longest time, but now the password does not seem to be getting set correctly. Any ideas? I tried stopping and starting the Tomcat service, but that didn't work. It's Unity 4.0(4) and CCM 4.1(3).
