creating bootable dvd from sgn file

How do I go about getting this file to be bootable when put on a dvd?

cisco-ipt-k9-patch5.1.2.1000-11.tar.gz.sgn

I am using windows xp. The only burning software I have is roxio. It does not recognize the sgn file.

I used to use UltraIso for creating bootable DVDs, also i did create this sgn file using UltraIso and it worked fine.

note: u have to get it full or cracked:)

since its trial version does not support the size of cisco-ipt-k9-patch5.1.2.1000-11.tar.gz.sgn
