We have upgraded our IPCC express which runs on our Publisher to 4.0(4)_Build140 as part of our Call Manager upgrade to 4.2 (3).
Our only CRS user is reporting that she cannot log on to the app stating the ip address is invalid.
The services running seem correct (we had to stop a few during the upgrade) that are running.
Can anyone think of why?

This is a known limitation. Historical Report Scheduler use CiscoHistRpt as a network credential. Though the logon user account had full access to the network drive, the CiscoHistRpt account might not have the same previlege.

I can't ever remember a CiscoHisRpt account being given network privileges.
The network logon users access should prevail for the application.
