Guy i found a link on cisco’s website talking about how to make sure that one was experiencing a bug on cisco callmanager 7.1.5 CSCtj50884

My question is , how do I ‘Download Tomcat Java heap file from CUCM’.   How do i get this file.

The command is already there:

1.) Download the Tomcat Java heap file (*.hprof) automatically  generated on the

CUCM server to your laptop or desktop

file get  activelog tomcat/logs/*
