CTI Route Point Call forward to Hunt Pilot No

Hi,

I would like to ask whether is it possible to fwd call No Answer or Call Fwd All to Hunt Pilot Number as a redudant link when call manager lose connection to IPCC completely?

Hi

Yes - you can set the Cfwd No Answer, Busy and failure to on the CTI Route Point to point to your hunt group pilot.

You can do it as someone else mentioned, but be careful you may experience any latency then the call will go that route.
