CTI Route Point unable to register to CallManager

Hi,

We created a new CTI Route point(1800xxxxxx)on new PRI, but it is unable to register to CCM.

But other CTI Route points are able to regiser to CCM which are using different PRI (other than new CTI Route Point 1800xxxxxxx)

Can some one help me!!!

Hi,

Do you have your CTI Route Points associated to an applicatiopn as IP/IVR or IPCC Express?

I think that the only way that a CTI Route Point can be registered in CallManager is being controlled by an application as IPCC Express.
