CTI Route Point

Is there a step to register the CTI route point with the server after you define it?

Re: CTI Route Point

All CTI Rp's dont register to the Callmanager unless an application using CTI is associated with that RP. If you are using the following apps, the RP will register.

a. IPMA

b. IPCC/ICM Route points associated with applications

c. Mobility Manager

d. Attendant console pilot point is a route point in CM 5.x. This RP will show registered in CM.

Re: CTI Route Point

Hi Jeff,

After you Insert the CTI RP and add the DN you will use Update/Reset. It make take a few moments to register with Callmanager (are you having problems getting it to register?).

Cisco CallManager Administration Guide, Release 4.1(3)

CTI Route Point Configuration

Hope this helps!
