CTI Route Points got Deleted

Hello,

We had a very strange occurence today, none of our Contact centre lines were getting incoming calls. We checked the UCCX v8.5, the trigger points were gone!!! We checked the CUCM v8.5, there were no CTI route points, they all got "deleted". We check the audit trail, the only thing that was accessing it was CUCService application user.

Has anyone had this before? It will be nice to know why this happened..

Not sure what can be the root cause, we did see a DBReplication failure alerts which may have started because we shutdown one of the CUCMs in the cluster and did not remove it from the cluster configuration.
