CTI RP GETTING UNREGISTERED FREQUENTLY

Hi All,

Facing issues with the CTI RP getting unregistered frequently,

The PG is communicating with the Call Manager Publisher and its working in simplex mode.Also no redundancy configured on PG.

We have receintly observed below logs on PG:

Events from December 30, 2011:

11:20:17:268 pg7A-pim1 JTAPIGW received a message from CM that an address is out of service due to CTI Manager or CM failure.

11:20:17:268 pg7A-pim1 Trace: [  6244]AddressOutOfService: Address=12854 Cause=1007

11:20:17:268 pg7A-pim1 Trace: [  6244]RecvAddressOutOfService: Couldn't find client stack for device target device string 12854

We have checked the call manager punblisher logs and below are the observation:

Can you please help here understand is this a call manager issue or is this with the PG side.

This defintely looks like the issue is on the CUCM CTI Manager side, what version of CUCM are you running?

could this be a bug as we are facing this issue very frequenly. Is there any perment fix as its 4.2 and end of support.

Maybe, unfortunatelly CUCM 4.2 is no longer supported so you will not get a fix, any reason you have not upgraded to more recent versions?

Hi.

Which SR are you running.

Please also tell us whic ICM version an jtapi client you ha installed.

I had a similar issue to one of my customers and I solved uprgrading ICM and installing the latest CUCM SR.
