CTL Client / USB token not detected

Hi,

I downloaded CTL Client for Windows 7 from CUCM and installed it on my WIn7 PC in order to configure Cluster Security Mode.

After successfully connecting to the Publisher using admin login & pwd, I select "set Cisco Unified CallManager Cluster to mixed mode".

I then receive a message asking me to insert a token, wich I do. But after clicking on ok", the message comes back, as it hasn't detect my token.

Windows does detect the token and install it correctly.

I also tried with the second token, and on a virtual machine running XP (with CTL client 4 XP)

Any idea?

CTL Client / USB token not detected

Update : Tried today with two other USB dongles and had no problem.

Dongles have been replaced and it is now working fine.
