Have you correctly configured your forward and reverse DNS information for CUCM?
Is your CUCM deployment relying on DNS?
Not finding your CTL is not a big deal unless your cluster is in mixed-mode, is this secure deployment?

Yes, i already configure the DNS correctly, and i have configure the CIPC, and can running perfectly.
I combine CME and CUCM in this case, so i put 2 tftp server into my 150 option on my CME. i use same infrastructure, same switch same VLAN as well.
But only Phone that i purposes to register into CUCM that can't running.

Manually configure the 8945 for alt tftp using the IP address of the CUCM server.
The debugs you have above are from the CME router, correct?

I am a little hung up on your deployment model. Can you elaborate on how you combined CME and CUCM?
Typically when you talk about combining CME and CUCM you are talking about SRST in CME mode. This means all phones register to call manager, but in the case of a server failure or network failure the phones re-register to their SRST reference defined in CUCM.
If have a ISR acting as CME handing out option 150 with the first address being the CME router, The phone will always try to pull its configuration from the CME router.

I use H.323 gateway to connect CME and CUCM, and CME is my existing call Manager, and my boss buy BE6k to add new extensions number and video call as well. and i only put the cluster BE6k and connect them by H.323 gateway.
As i said before, i use CIPC and running perfectly, mean can make inbound and outbound.
Thank you

What happens when you got to http://10.10.10.99/SEP8478ACEC84D5.cnf.xml.sgn

This should return the xml config file for the phone. The browser may try to render it so it might come back with errors. Mine works fine IE not in Chrome.

Yes, I can download the file .cnf.xml.sgn. so what the problem really is ? could i configure manually for the VLAN ? because when i connected the phone it's automatically get VLAN 100 which is VLAN voice. Could I change it to VLAN 1 in example ?

Do you know what version of firmware the phone had on it? I recently ran into an issue on CUCM9.1.2 wherethe 8945's needed a stepped firmware upgrade from SCCP89XX9-2-1 to 9-3-4-17 then to 9-4-2. Not sure this would apply here, but thought I'd mention it just in case.
When this happened, 8945 phones were lockedup at 'Upgrade in process" screen and there was nothing we could do with the phones until we offered the 9-3-4-17 upgrade, and physically reset the port/phone.

already do to manually but the same problem still occurred. Nope, the debug comes from my IP phone.

Ok,
What is the 10.10.10.99 address? CUCM or CME?

CUCM
