I'm experiencing "lagging" problems on the Attendant Console client.
CUCM, CUBAC and operators are at the same physical location, assuming that network is working fine and no DNS is being used what is causing the following issues?
1)at software startup, i need to wait at least 20 sec before db is in the correct status
2)when placing calls I wait 5-7 secs before call is actually placed from the operator phone
3)contact list loads up very slowly
I found some registry values under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Arc Solutions\Call Connect\Operator\Defaults\ that could help me if changed (i think) but I need some kind of guide in order to change them.
