Hi
I have a problem with Attendant Console 8.6.1 (atleast thats where i think the problem is).
When a caller calles a user directly and the call isnt answered it its diverted to the switchboard. This works, most of the time but every now and then it fails. The caller hangs the application until the caller hangs up, se attached file.
This is the setup:
PSTN -> IP-trunk -> CUBE -> CUCM -> CUBAC -> C7945
CUBE 2821 IOS
CUCM 8.5
CUBAC 8.6
Might not be a lot of information here, but any ideas?

When you say it hangs the application what do you mean by this?
Is it the single call that cannot be answered or does the whole console become unresponsive?

That is corect. The whole application hangs until the caller hangs up, and it is not possible to answer any other calls while the diverted call hangs.

Is there any pattern when this happens?
Could it be calls through a certain Gateway?
I can only really suggest to raise a TAC case so traces can be investigated.

There are no patterns as far as i can see, besides all call that hangs are external.
The client is installed on a win XP the logs of the OS doesnt hand me much information.
Is there any way to interpret the logs on the server? (those are really next to impossible to read)

I ran into this problem before. Here is the fix:
Go into TSP-->Configure-->Wave-->Change the value to 255.
Re-install the TSP, reboot the server.
