cube one way audio and failed calls

The scenario:

MicrosoftMediationServer--sip--CUBE--sip--CUCM4.2--h323--ISDN GATEWAY

There are about 100 CiscoPhones registered to CUCM4.2 and there are about 100 MOCS Clients. Both has to reach each other with the internal number and both will use the same ISDN GATEWAY to the PSTN. As the Microsoft Mediation Server only know E.164 I inserted a CUBE who can handle and add or remove the "+". The CUBE is a Cisco2821 running IOS 12.4(11)XW8 IP VOICE.

The Problem: When the MOCS Client makes external calls or calls to a CiscoPhone, it happens quite often, that there is one way audio or the call suddenly fails. Last week I exchanged the temporary CUBE with the customers one. The interesting thing is, that the temporary CUBE was also a 2821 running IOS 12.4(20)T and with this one everthing worked fine. So I tought, that there will be no problem to exchange the CUBE as I have to load the same IOS, and copy the config of the temporary one. But as soon as I had exchanged the CUBE the problems began. So I changed the IOS to

12.4(11)XW8.

Currently I'm logging a debug ccsip message and a debug ccsip call to a syslog server that I can see at the calls when the customer tell me that a probelm occured.

Any idea why these problems happens?

See below the relevant configuration of the CUBE. One thing to know is, that all the system are redundant, so there are 2 CUBE with HSRP configured.
