The UCCM cluster is located centrally and a number of remote sites as well as the SIP provider reside on an MPLS WAN. The phones are registering to the UCCM cluster using SCCP.
1. What is the preferred method to reach the SIP services from the carrier? Direct SIP trunk from the cluster to the provider? H.323 trunk to the ISR with SIP dial peers to the provider? SIP trunk to the ISR with SIP dial peers to the provider?
2. Is CUBE required/recommended for SRST to work in this configuration? If so, what's the CUBE feature that's really required as it wouldn't seem to be necessary.
3. As of 12.4.20T, the release notes state that a PAK is required for CUBE but I can't find anywhere how to apply it to the router. Does anyone have a link?
